5th Semester :- Income Tax: Law and Practice; Value Based Leadership; Summer Project Report; choose two electives: E-Commerce, Financial Markets, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, or Management Accounting
6th Semester :- Entrepreneurship Development; Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility; Extra-Curricular Activities and General Interest; Live Project Report; choose two electives: Indirect Taxes, Credit Management and SME, Performance Appraisal and Compensation Management, or Advertising and Brand Management
